1. 0.0 solo pvp? - in Crime and Punishment [original thread]
How can you go about it. I don't have loads of money but i have quite a bit of skills and can fly most gallente ships. Whats the best way to go about solo piracy (not looking at killing big things neccessarily)

There hasn't been a nerf on the neutralizers has there? they still work as usual? Also i was thinking beat them at their own game and use standard launchers (for frigs and intys) and some heavier ones (for vagas and stuff).
